Linda Richards
FRONT DESK

Linda has been at our front desk to welcome our patients since 1980. Linda was born and raised in East Stroudsburg. She is married to Sam and they have 2 married daughters. She also has a grandson who is the light of their life.

Linda and Sam love spending time with their family and boating on the Delaware.

Erin
INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Erin joined the practice in 2024 she has been a certified medical coding and billing specialist since 2003. She was born and raised in East Stroudsburg where she lives with her husband Michael and her youngest son Christopher. Her older son Michael is currently serving as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corp.

The most rewarding part of her job is being able to provide her expertise in helping patients to understand their insurance policies and copays. She takes pride in assisting our patients with utilizing their benefits to benefit them.

Heather Smith
DENTAL HYGIENIST

Heather has been our full time hygienist since 2004.

She is married with 2 sons and their 4 dogs. She is an avid animal and nature lover. She loves spending time with her family gardening and at Lake Wallenpaupack. Heather loves being a dental hygienist and helping patients with their oral health care needs.

Amber
DENTAL HYGIENIST

Amber graduated from Northampton Community College in 2019 and started out working in pediatric dentistry before moving into general practice. She is licensed in both Dental Hygiene and Local Anesthesia in the state of PA. Outside of work she spends time with her children and dog, likes to create new things, and explores the outdoors of the Pocono Area.

Amber started at our practice as a temp, filling in for our other hygienists but is now here permanently on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Heather
DENTAL HYGIENIST

Heather was born and raised in the Pocono’s. She graduated from Northampton community college in 2005. She’s happily married with 2 girls, and two dogs. Their favorite place to be is the beach.

Susan Marsh-Youngken

Susie has been in our practice since the late 1970’s. She graduated from East Stroudsburg University.

Susie enjoys working side-by-side with Dr. Kandl sharing our Team’s visions with our patients.

Susie has 2 grown children, 3 grown step children, 5 grandsons, and 4 granddaughters. A total of 9….WOW!

She and her husband, Jerry, enjoy boating at Lake Wallenpaupak and spending time with all those grandkids ranging from age 2 years old to 19 years old at the beginning of 2026.

Robin
Licensed Expanded Function Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant

Robin joined our team in 2024. She has worked in the dental field since 1990. She takes pride in her job making patients feel comfortable.

She is married with 3 adult children. Her and her husband enjoy taking rides on their Harley and family trips to the beach. She loves reading and watching the EAGLES !!!
